To celebrate GBPensions’ move to smart, new offices we invited friends, clients and suppliers to join us for some pre-Christmas drinks, nibbles & entertainment.
We were delighted to have live music, courtesy of two of the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra‘s Young Achievers: Julia Park (viola) and Shauno Isomura (violin). Guests not only enjoyed the music itself but were clearly impressed by these young people’s talent, dedication and composure.
To add a touch of Vegas to proceedings, there was also a charity roulette wheel. This proved extremely popular and, if only the “play” money had been real money, we’d have had several multi-multi millionaires in the room! There was much fun and laughter but perhaps most importantly because all participants donated $10 to have a spin, we raised $155 each for our evening’s two charities: Hospice New Zealand and the Humane Rescue, Rehabilitation & Rehoming Trust (aka HURRAH).
