Accessing our website
Access to our website is permitted on a temporary basis and GBP reserves the right to withdraw or amend the service provided on our website without notice (see below). GBP will not be liable if for any reason our website is unavailable at any time or for any period. You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our website through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.

By using our website you acknowledge that GBP is the owner and/or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our website and in the material published on it. Secondly, if you do decide to deal with GBPensions Limited to assist with your pension transfer/s and investment recommendations, other personal details are collected, such as details of your current pensions schemes, detailed personal information and other details relevant to the pension transfer/s and investment recommendations. This allows the correct documentation and process to take place for the transfer of your pension. GBPensions Limited may also collect publicly available information about you, for example, from websites and telephone directories.

Your disclosure of personal information

In order to comply with laws and regulations, including any New Zealand or overseas laws, rules or regulations, we may use and share your personal information with a range of organisations, including:

  • Authorities, such as regulators
  • Government agencies
  • Courts or the police
  • External dispute resolution schemes
  • Suppliers and services that may be required to administer our relationship with you, such as IT systems administrators, mailing houses, couriers, payment processors, debt collectors
